The InnoPrinter MK1-Caps semi-automatic heat transfer press is specially designed for fast, accurate application of transfers onto baseball caps and other curved textile products, while still retaining the flexibility to decorate flat items when required.

The curved pressing surface is engineered to match the shape of structured and unstructured caps, making it easy to apply logos, badges and personalised graphics with excellent consistency and finish quality.

Despite its specialist cap-focused design, the MK1-Caps can also be used for a variety of smaller flat textile applications, offering excellent flexibility within compact production environments.

The compact platen size and efficient internal heating system provide fast heat recovery and highly stable temperatures while keeping overall power consumption extremely low.
- Fast, accurate alignment on curved products
The ergonomic curved work area improves visibility and positioning when working with caps and shaped items. Combined with the built-in optical alignment system and optional laser guides, operators can achieve quick, repeatable placement with confidence.

EcoResist
We have designed our ECO-RESIST transfer logos with totally ECO-Friendly inks, which resist industrial washing and are extremely flexible.
These single colour transfers are especially recommended for hospital clothing, underwear, laundry textiles, and textile products that have to withstand washing and drying processes at very extreme temperatures.
Vinyl
The pressing time for traditional cut and weed vinyl heat transfers can be reduced down to as little as 3 seconds when applied using an InnoPrinter heat press.
This is down to the combination of our incredibly accurate and stable heat plate and finely tuned pressure control.
3D Silicone
Our 3D silicone screen printed heat transfers are produced using specialist inks to create raised, tactile designs with a premium finish.
